Which countries does KJUS deliver to?

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Finland and USA.

Shipments to the islands and overseas territories of France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, UK and Denmark are excluded.

Orders must be made through the domain of the respective country.

How long does the shipping last?

This depends on the country of destination. Usually, the shipping time is between one to a maximum of 7 working days.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following holidays: Europe: New Year’s Day (1st January), 6th January, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Labor Day (1st May), Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Corpus Christi, Assumption Day (15th August), Day of German Unity (3rd October), All Saints Day (1st November), Christmas (24th - 26th December)

United States: New Year’s Day (1st January), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas (25th December),

Which shipping service is used for my order?

We work with UPS and DPD. The shipping company we work with depends on the country of destination.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship free to all EU-orders above € 250 / CHF 250 and to all UK-orders above £ 250. To the UK, we additionally offer free express shipping for all orders above £ 2'500. The following shipping costs are due for all UK-orders less than £ 250 and EU-orders less than € 250 / CHF 250.
