"KJUS sets a new standard in freedom of movement."
Hard work and perseverance have led Andrew Landry to two PGA TOUR victories.
Andrew learned to play golf with friends at the Patch Golf Club in Groves, Texas, known by locals as The Pea Patch. PGA TOUR winner Chris Stroud also grew up on this course, and his path inspired Andrew to attend college at Lamar University to play golf collegiately for coach Brad McMakin.
When McMakin was hired as the head men’s golf coach at the University of Arkansas, Andrew followed him to Fayetteville. There, under the guidance of the coaching staff and with hours of practice, he went on to become a three-time All-American. Andrew turned professional in 2009.
After a tough few years, Andrew “rebooted” his game and went back to basics. He began working with Chuck Cook on his game and then earned his Korn Ferry Tour card (then the Web.com Tour) in 2014 via Q-School. Andrew went on to earn his PGA TOUR card for 2014-2015 season.
As Andrew continues to progress in his game and build his PGA TOUR career, he hopes to send a message about the connection between hard work and success.
