Am I eligible to return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. You have 14 days after the day you (or the person you nominated for delivery) receive your order. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Only items purchased on KJUS.com (EU, UK, Norway) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
How can I return my order?
You have 14 days after the day you (or the person you nominated for delivery) receive the goods in your order. Unless you are in the UK, the return label is included in the parcel you receive your order with. The item can be returned with this label.
If you are in the UK, initiate your return by visiting our UPS portal. Once you enter the required information, you can print the pre-paid return label and deposit the parcel at your nearest UPS parcel shop.
If your parcel was delivered by DPD, please bring back your return to the next DPD parcel shop. The next parcel shop can be located on dpd.com. Just in case, you will find DPD’s phone number on the backside of the return label.
If your parcel was delivered by Fedex, your parcel can be picked up at home. Therefore please find all information on fedex.com.
If your parcel was delivered by DHL, please bring back your return to the next DHL parcel shop. The next parcel shop can be located on dhl.com. Print your own return label with the link in your shipping confirmation email.
What should I do if I cannot find the return label?

What does it cost me to return something?
For non-UK orders, we include a return shipment label, which provides complimentary return shipping. The use of the return label is a prerequisite for a free return, in all other cases the consumer bears the direct costs. For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, the customer must print out a return label. This can be done via the UPS portal.
When can I expect to receive a credit for my return?
After the returned goods have been received, we will process them within one week and then credit the amount to your account. If there is a high volume of work, it might take up to two weeks.
Can I exchange a product?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you would like an exchange, we ask you to reorder and return the original merchandise.
Can I return an item purchased with a voucher?
An item purchased using a voucher cannot be returned as vouchers will not be refunded.
